The confirmed participants include boats with unique histories that have marked an era.<\/p>\n<p>These vessels, classified into different categories according to their age and type of sails, represent the best of Europe\u2019s sailing heritage, and their mere presence in the Port de Sitges prompts admiration and excitement among fans and experts alike.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"marca-cerca\"><strong>The sports village: the heart of life on land<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The regatta takes place not only at sea. During the event, the Port de Sitges will host a sports village especially designed to become a meeting point for crews, visitors, professionals in the sector and sea lovers.<\/p>\n<p>Artisans and experts will set up their stands there to show their traditional techniques:<\/p>\n<p>The sports village will also host talks, lectures and technical meetings focused on traditional sailing, historical vessel restoration and Mediterranean maritime culture. In addition to providing information, the village will also serve as an active networking area for shipbuilders, restorers, shipyards and sailors, solidifying Sitges as a benchmark platform for classic sailing in southern Europe.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"marca-cerca\"><strong>An event with a Mediterranean soul<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Sitges Vela Cl\u00e0ssica<\/strong> is more than a regatta; it\u2019s a celebration of the sea, easy time and the art of sailing with the wind as the sole engine. The event is designed to revive and share the excitement of sailing in a traditional sail boat in a painstaking, aesthetically impeccable, inclusive environment.<\/p>\n<p>The nautical routes are designed to combine tactical challenge with scenic beauty, which enables the audience to track the manoeuvres from land and experience it as a true visual spectacle.<\/p>\n<p>The regatta is also part of <strong>Port de Sitges\u2019<\/strong>s and <strong>Club N\u00e0utic Port de Sitges<\/strong>\u2019s ongoing commitment to promote responsible sailing, marine education and the accessibility of the sea.
