Yes, we have a wine with Sitges \u2018denomination of origin\u2019. And its refers to the grape variety from which it is made (.,,): Malvasia. Its particular flavour is influenced by the proximity to the sea, and the perfect balance between acidity and sugar concentration due to its late harvest. The result is a sweet golden wine with a predominance of fresh fruit (peach, apricot, pear and melon) with floral notes and a touch of Mediterranean herbs. Although the traditional product was a long-aged sweet wine, today as many as six different styles are produced, including still wines, sparkling wines and even oxidatively aged wines.
