You may not have heard the name before. That\u2019s to be expected, because it is a vegetable grown in the Garraf region. In fact, \u2018espigalls\u2019 are the leaves of the col brotonera cabbage grown (and sold) in towns such as Sitges, which makes the \u201ckilometre 0\u201d label more than justified. Important note: this is a seasonal winter product.
