The Sitges Pride Parade route
The parade usually starts at around five in the afternoon, setting off from the Passeig Marítim (where it crosses Carrer d’Antoni Cartró) and heading towards La Fragata beach, at the foot of the Sant Bartomeu church. From there, this proud procession turns around and heads back until it reaches the Gay Village, located in the Hotel Calipolis. Floats, batucada percussion groups, giant flags and attitude — lots of attitude, both festive and protesting — make up this benchmark parade in the Mediterranean.
