Route suitable for all audiences
The excuse of ‘I never go out on my bike’ or ‘I’m not at all fit, I won’t last’ isn’t valid. A poor argument when what we’re proposing is to get on an electric bike where, although you would have to pedal, the effort will be mainly for your neck and deciding where to look at any given moment.

A circular route... and with a castle included
The route we propose has almost everything: panoramic vineyards (sometimes with the sea in the background), a climb to the gates of the Castell de Sant Pere de Ribes (Sant Pere de Ribes Castle), green and aromatic sections through the Parc del Garraf (Garraf Park), a stop to taste Penedès wines (including Malvasia de Sitges wine) at the impressive winery—inside and out— Torre del Veguer and a return to Sitges via Terramar with the Mediterranean as a final gift. In total, the route, which is circular and can be downloaded at this link, is just over 20 kilometres and takes approximately two and a half hours to complete (including stops). A great investment, as all trips are. Because in the end, we fill our backpacks with memories. And on this bike ride, there are a few that we can share in advance: the pleasant, green exuberance of the prickly pears along the way; the soothing sound of wheels on the earth, the optimistic scent of thyme and fennel;) the red fruit flavour that lingers on your palate with a red wine fermented in stone and ‘cured’ in amphorae—just as the monks did in the 15th century—; the light and shade of the paths through the Parc del Garraf (Garraf Park) and the blue line in the background that reminds you that Sitges is also the sea
