The Centre d’Interpretació de la Malvasia (CIM) is a unique heritage space, in the heart of Sitges, which highlights the history, stories and curiosities of this grape variety so deeply rooted in Catalonia. One of the oldest to be documented in Catalonia, the Malvasia de Sitges gives us stories that make us fall in love, inspire, make us travel, and are a real luxury for the mind and palate.

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday: from 10 am to 2:30 pm
Friday and Saturday: from 11 am to 2:30 pm and from 5 pm to 8 pm
