Some combinations are simply destined to work beautifully. For example, bringing some of the world’s finest guitarists to Sitges and having them perform in the Hermitage of Sant Sebastià. The result, of course, is magical. The Mediterranean Guitar Festival takes place from April to October and, as its name suggests, is held across several towns along the Catalan Mediterranean coast, including Coma-ruga, Calafell, Lloret de Mar, Calella, L’Estartit, Castelló d’Empúries, Llançà, Port de la Selva and Sitges.
In Sitges, during the winter months, the main venue is the Hermitage of Sant Sebastià, where concerts are held every Friday. And during the summer, from July to September, Tuesdays also join the celebration with recitals in the same church. And we can assure you: it is a truly unique experience.
